  Very disappointed in the food. Delivery was fast but my sub was made wrong and hardly had any dressing on it at all, my 2 liter of pop was forgot ( but brought back) and my cinnamon bites were cold and seemed like they were old and didn't taste fresh at all. I will give you another chance since you are under new ownership and I am all about supporting local businesses. But I do want to give you one small customer service tip, when a customer calls with a complaint you should do whatever possible to fix the problem and not just say okay thank you for letting us know we will get that pop right to you...What about my sub? I didn't even want to call back about the cinnamon bites.

  I love there service when I order from there they do it quick and most of the time do it right. Yeah every store and restaurants have mistakes. The food might get cold but did you think that the driver has a lot of orders. And they are new ownership so it is gonna be hard for them to get the hang of it and get their employees just right. To be honest my favorite pizza place in Ionia. The owners of this business are super nice. And the delivery guy/girl are so kind. They forget your pop everybody forgets something. You forget where you leave your keys so they might forget your pop. Have you thought about how they have like 3-5 orders to deliver. I 110% Love this place.

  Yeah the pizza is great, but what most people don't know is that they make other things as well! They make all sorts of Italian specialties and they are all amazing! You get much more than simply just your money's worth that's forsure!
